Secret 7 2016

We’re pleased to announce one of our submissions to Secret 7” has been chosen. Secret 7” takes 7 tracks from 7 of the best-known musicians around and presses each one 100 times to 7” vinyl. They then invite creatives from around the world to interpret the tracks in their own style for every 7”.
700 sleeves are exhibited and then sold for £50 apiece. You don’t know who created the sleeve, or even which song it’s for, until you have parted with your cash - the secret lies within.
All 700 singles will be exhibited at Secret 7”s new home, Sonos Studio in Shoreditch, London, from 8 April – 1 May 2016. All of the profits from the sales will go to Amnesty International UK, this year’s charity beneficiary.
The exhibition includes designs from Anish Kapoor, Paul Smith, Stanley Donwood, Robert Beatty, Leif Podhajsky, George Hardie and Pete Fowler among the 700 total artworks.
After the sale finishes on May 2nd we’ll be able to share the chosen design with you, for now it’s all hush hush. We also created lots of other designs that didn’t make the cut, some of which we’re pleased to share with you here.
