Believe me, our agency has been on the breadline a couple of times over the years. When the times are hard you find out what you are made of. Do you sink or swim? Sit there and panic, get on social media or come up with a self initiated piece of genius marketing that you send to your number one client?
So long as you don’t do the first one, you will be in good stead. Engage your brain and do something is better than panicking. Use the time to your advantage, put a positive spin on it, go and get your hands dirty.
The last time this happened to us, we got out loads of our old letterpress and got our fingers dirty. It was great fun and got us thinking in a different way for a while.
Before we knew it a new opportunity came our way and we ended up with some new creative ideas and a new job. Good times!
